This equipment will improve the technical quality of performances, fostering a dynamic educational environment through collaboration between A/V and Choir students. The enhanced production values will engage the broader school community, increasing attendance and school spirit. The versatile equipment will also support a wide range of school events, ensuring long-term benefits and continuous improvement in event quality.

Our high school has a rich tradition of excellence in both the performing arts and technical education. However, our current Audio/Visual (A/V) and Choir departments face significant limitations due to outdated and insufficient equipment. This grant proposal aims to address these needs, enhancing the educational experience for students and improving the quality of live events. The target population includes the students in the A/V and Choir departments, which collectively comprise approximately 200 students, as well as the broader school community that benefits from high-quality events.

The need for new A/V and Choir equipment at our high school is clear. The outdated and insufficient current equipment hampers the educational experiences of our students and detracts from the quality of our school events. We will address these needs, providing students with valuable learning opportunities, enhancing the quality of our performances, and fostering a stronger sense of community.
