This would be done here in the classroom as students observe the chicken eggs incubate, hatch, and grow into real chickens. From this, students will have a wonderful grasp and great memory of the chicken life cycle and of how living things can grow. Teaching children about life cycles is a perfect way to help them understand the world around them and to connect them with nature. Handwriting is essential for students. The brain engages differently when we write something by hand as opposed to typing it on a keyboard or by touching a screen. Studies show that writing improves memory; students retain learning better when working with new ideas through handwriting.
