Generation Genius is a Science and Math Curriculum that offers access to hours of fun, standards-based videos, reading material, quiz games, easy DIY activities, and so much more! Best of all, the material is aligned to our Texas Standards in Math and Science. Students will be thrilled to take part in all of the learning and experiments Generation Genius offers.  In an ever-changing, progressively intricate world, it is important that our students are equipped to bring knowledge and skills to solve problems, make sense of information, and know how to gather and evaluate evidence to make decisions. These are the types of skills that students develop in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. This grant will help foster lifelong learners that are willing to take risks, engage in learning, and persist in problem solving. Generation Genius is the perfect resource for our students. We used this curriculum this year and our students absolutely loved it!
Generation Genius will facilitate engaging science and math lessons that will create life-long learners capable of problem solving for our entire student population. Being that we had this curriculum from 2021-2023, we were able to see the excitement it brought to our students as well as the standards they were able to master. This grant will provide personalized learning experiences for all grades at NES. It will enrich student learning because they will see the same concepts in different ways than they have in the past.
